As organizations are composed of a certain number of people (staff), interacting with each other, conflicts are a constant presence of an element of organizational activity. Therefore, for the most complete and up-display the organizational effectiveness of life, first of all, you need to understand what constitutes a conflict, how to avoid and resolve with minimum costs. And in some cases, conflict can lead to positive results. Naturally, all the positive and negative consequences of the conflict, it is important to use for the benefit of the organization.
To date, the specificity of the dynamics and functioning of the technology of conflict resolution is an actual problem of modern theories of organizations, organizational behavior, management psychology and management.
