Playing in the style of turn-based strategy with elements of strategy in real time by an independent developer Kerberos Productions, released by Lighthouse Interactive. To avoid "clutter up" the screen too much information, some elements of other space policies were not included in the game, such as the invasion of the planets and the fighters. The player also chooses the types of buildings on the planet, but only sets the percentage of revenues used for infrastructure. Also, each of the four races included in the game has its "own" type of interstellar travel, different from the others.
