Redeem a prepaid code with a web browser

1. In a browser, go to Redeem code page: https://account.xbox.com/en-US/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account if not already.
3. Click Redeem.
4. Enter the 25-character prepaid code and click Confirm.

Redeem a prepaid code with an Xbox One console

1. From the Home screen, scroll right to Store.
2. Under Categories, select Games.
3. Select Use a code. Or, say “Xbox, use code.” if your Kinect is connected.
4. If prompted, sign in.
5. Select Or enter the 25-character code, and then enter your code.


Redeem a prepaid code with an Xbox 360 console

1. Press the Guide button on your controller from the home screen of your US account.
2. Go to Games & Apps and select Redeem Code.
3. Enter the 25-character prepaid code and select Done.
4. When prompted, select Yes to confirm the redemption.
