The theme of the international copyright protection is always up to date. This is due to the rapid development of international cooperation in trade, economic, cultural, military and scientific fields. Constantly creating and will create new works of science, literature and art, which will be in demand not only at home but also in foreign countries. If you look at society from the earth, it becomes obvious that people live in a world composed exclusively of the objects of his intellectual activity, and the bulk of these objects relates to copyright. In accordance with international law to the objects of copyright:

• dramatic and musical-dramatic works;
• audiovisual works (television, film and video works);
• works of painting, graphics, design, sculpture, fine arts;
• works of applied art and stage design;
• works of architecture, urban planning and landscape art;
• photographic works and works obtained by processes similar to photography;
• geological, geographical and other maps, plans, sketches and plastic works relating to topography, geography and other sciences;
• derivative works (translations, summaries, abstracts, review, processing, resume, arranging, staging);
• collections (abstract, encyclopaedias) and other composite works;
And as to the objects of copyright equate "related rights" (family) - the rights of performers (actors), producers of phonograms, broadcasting organizations. Based on the foregoing, we can conclude that almost all spheres of human activity, directly or indirectly, related to the use of copyright, as well as countries around the world seek for cooperation and exchange of experiences, marketing and creating a work abroad their intellectual activity occurs the need to protect copyright on these works. With the development of computer technology and the Internet greatly eased the way data exchange between the countries, often in violation of copyright laws. Therefore, the need to protect the rights of authors from illegal use will be relevant at any time.
