In the athletes is crucial power-prepared of athletes. This is necessary for their effectiveness, force readiness, moral and psychological self-confidence, as well as to defend our disability.
Many young professionals and young coaches pay enough attention to force preparedness of young athletes, whether this is due to ignorance-bo at a sufficient level in theory, strength training athletes is new, or lack of interest in it.
Subject: Strength training athletes.
The object of study is the activity of physical education teachers and coaches for strength training athletes.
Objective: To study the process of training on identifying athletes strength sufficiently.
1) Perform a review of the literature on the issue of research.
2) Expand the essence of the concept of "strength training" and its influence.
3) Show the relationship of strength training in physical education, with the results of competitions and performances.
4) Develop recommendations on the application of tools and techniques in a friction-Rovkov oriented strength training athletes.
As a hypothesis of our study, we hypothesized that the increase in the special strength training on physical training lessons will gain results in the sprint.
In our research we used methods such as observation, discussion, experimentation, documentation, methods of theoretical analysis, statistical methods, practices during exercise to failure, and repetitions or approaches.
As a basis of our study, we used secondary schools №12, city Kamensk-6 "A" in the amount of 8 people - an experimental group, 6 "B" in the amount of 8 people - control group.
