The throne of Dunwall requires protection once again. Set fifteen years after the first game, Dishonored 2 gives you a choice. Choose Corvo Attano, the main killer and royal defender, whom you know from the first game, are forced to again enter the shadows. Or play like Emily, once the child you saved in Dishonored 1 is now Empress and warrior trained by Corvo. Each character has unique abilities provided by an eternally curious Outsider.
Dual gameplay

Protagonists of the second level bear different powers, defined by the Outsider. Korvo keeps the abilities with which every veteran of the first game will be familiar, including the iconic Blink and Possession, meanwhile Emily gets completely new abilities suitable to her by birth as the ruler of her people. Their abilities influence the way they can approach the levels, and give an understanding of the fundamentals of their personalities.
New mystical super powers

Outsider, the diabolical intermediary, provides Emily with five new forces, significantly different from the forces of Corvo. The Empress can summon the totem, attracting the attention of others, and attract strange comments from those who look into emptiness. Its primary bypass with a long-range drive is a dark hook for capture, which it can use to capture distant benches, objects and enemy heads. Or she can turn into a devil of black smoke to sneak and dismember her adversaries. Each power, including Corvo´s, offers branching updates so you can customize your experience.
Change of scenery

The plot of Dishonored 2 takes you to the town of Carnac in the birthplace of Corvo, on the island of Serconos. The area inspired by Greece, Spain and Italy is a sun-drenched city, exhausted by vicious crowds of cloacas that spawn from corpses, and violent sandstorms in the Dusty district. The sunny landscape in Karnak brings color and light to the series, and the Void engine delivers superb visual effects that perfectly reflect the atmosphere.
