Plans welding machine TC-32 (general view)
Tractor is a portable welding machine type, move during the welding process directly on the work piece.
TC-32 has a copper lining forming its body connected to a steel plate of 1.5 mm thick, which extends through the gap to be welded, whereby alignment of the welded edges are produced and the formation of the reverse side of the seam during welding.
The sheets are assembled with a gap of 2-3 mm, which is kept constant over the entire length of the seam.
tractor mechanisms provide step-setting wire feed speed and welding speed. To manually move the tractor driving sliders are disabled claw coupling.
