See the battlefield from a different angle with the new humanitarian faction in the Laws of War expansion.

• International Development & Aid Project (IDAP) - This new faction is a non-governmental organization specializing in rapid response to humanitarian disasters. The faction includes new clothing and equipment with IDAP branding
• Remnants of War mini-campaign - Take on the role of munitions disposal specialist Nathan McDaid, who is tasked with finding and clearing mines after the end of the war in the Republic of Altis and Stratis.
• Van - IDAP has a new van, which comes in a variety of modifications with more than twenty color options. Each modification meets a specific purpose, for example, for transporting goods or transporting people. There is also a modification in the form of an ambulance.
• Service UAV and Demining Drone - IDAP has a new drone capable of quickly delivering supplies to a given location. A special modification of this drone is used for IDAP demining work.
• Anti-Personnel Minelayer - This is an effective but controversial combat system for blockading an area. It is usually used in extreme situations and can have a devastating effect long after the end of the conflict.
• Vests, bags, hats and masks - Various new items of equipment will help you in your duties. This includes high-visibility vests, shoulder bags, hard and press helmets, ear protectors, goggles and more.
• Cluster munition and UXO bombing - Cluster munition bombing brings a highly destructive form of warfare into play, where cluster bombs may not detonate on impact and remain lying in place.
• Mines - Several improvements to the process of identifying and clearing mines (and other munitions) make it more manual with more emphasis on the use of a mine detector.
• Leaflets - You can now drop information leaflets from the sky using the new service UAV. Other players will be able to pick up and read your flyers. You can also use your own flyer designs in your scripts.
• LOC - New chapters in the Battle Manual cover the Law of Armed Conflict (LAW) and minor changes to Arma 3´s sandbox mechanics help improve the representation of LOC in the game.
• IDAP Demo and Laws of War - Two new standalone scenarios introduce the new faction and the main theme of this expansion.
• IDAP Additional Content – IDAP has medical equipment and essentials available for its specific operations, such as cartons, food bags, water bottle packages, blankets, stretchers, IV bags, body bags, and more. .
• Cluster bombs - Drop 3 types of cluster munitions from aircraft (each faction has its own), and also look for unexploded ordnance that could be left on the battlefield after the bombing.
• Decorative Objects - In addition to special IDAP items, there are also a number of decorative objects at your disposal, including medical tents and tarpaulins, new furniture, air conditioning, and plastic mesh fencing.
