Установка
В файл functions.php прописать вызов нового виджета в нужном месте по примеру из приложеного файла
Файл виджета положить в папку zcontent/extensions/
Если такой папки у вас нет значит вам нужно обновить Zebrum Lite До последней версии
для виджета randomtext файл randomtext.txt положить рядом в виджетом записи в нем делать по одной на строку
если нужно разбить запись на несколько строк используйте комбинацию \n в тексте
