Revealing the causes of defeatist attitude, the author then proceeds to prepare the reader to "spring cleaning his inner world" with uprooting entrenched there concepts and traditional way of thinking. Later in the book on how to develop the approach and apply the tactics that overcome psychological barriers and lead to success.
